Chapel length veils are extended to the floor and three inches past the train of your dress. If you are looking for a long veil that wont get in the way as much as a cathedral veil a chapel wedding veil might work best for you. The chapel length veils come in one or two layers, 30″x 90″ length for chapel length wedding veils.

The rule of thumb is the length of the veil relates to the formality of the ceremony. The cathedral veil, the longest wedding veil, should be used only in the most formal of settings. Brides taking part in less formal ceremonies like a chapel or outdoor setting should wear fingertip (36 inches) or chapel length (90 inches).
